The DISCRETE ANODE is a titanium anode with Mixed Metal Oxide (MMO) coating, developed for cathodic corrosion protection of steel in concrete.
The Ti/MMO anodes in rod form, available in various configurations with corresponding power capacities, can be used for hard-to-reach components such as structural joints or consoles and are especially suitable for structures such as bridges, historic buildings, or car parks, where individual areas must be selectively protected.
The integrated pre-resistor ensures a uniform current flow to avoid near-shorts within a protected area.
The discrete anodes are connected using the AWIRE 1.2 mm, ensuring robust installation.
