ACTIVELINK®

The central control module supplies and connects all components with power and data. Inside, the ALINK GATEWAY operates as an industrial mini PC that functions as a router, firewall, and data manager. This creates a secure, scalable infrastructure that flexibly adapts to any project.

Each unit controls four independent circuits and precisely measures voltage and current in real time from active or passive anode systems. Via an integrated 2.4 GHz wireless connection, the APWRHUB receives data from the sensors (AMOTE) and transmits it to the overall system via hybrid cables.

Compact, wireless, and durable. It measures electrochemical and physical parameters such as potential, current, temperature, humidity, and impedance. With battery operation or a solar option, the AMOTE is ideally suited for hard-to-reach areas or large-scale structures.

This unit expands the system for large-scale installations. It distributes power and data over long distances and enables complex network structures, such as those required for bridges, tunnels, parking structures, or offshore facilities.

Using the APAD, systems can be configured, tested, and commissioned locally – ideal for construction sites, maintenance, or troubleshooting.

The APORTAL is the central management and analytics platform. All data from the ACTIVECONTROL system is consolidated here, forming a digital data twin of the structure and the ALINK GATEWAY. Via a secure cloud architecture, systems can be monitored, analysed, and controlled in real time from anywhere. Automated reports, trend analyses, and alarm functions enable predictive maintenance at the highest level.
